No Insurance Needed
Cash-only payment model
We currently are not able to accept patients who are insured by MEDICARE or MEDICAID. Even if they wish to pay cash for our services. We hope in the future this will change. We will keep you updated on this as changes develop.

Our providers have more control over how they interact with patients. House calls, phone consultations, text messages, and Telehealth are common. Typical primary care providers may spend no more than 10 to 15 minutes with each patient because this is all insurance pays them for. A follow-up visit with one of our providers is 30 minutes. For people with multiple chronic conditions, we might book one hour.
Know the cost in advance
Cash-based medical practices bring transparency to medicine. As a client, you know exactly how much you’re going to be charged and don’t have to worry about getting a bill from your insurance company later on. I think we can all agree that more price transparency is needed in medicine.

Can I get a same-day appointment? Do you offer walk-in clinic services?
We can usually accommodate a same day appointment. Appointments with our providers must be scheduled ahead of time. Please contact us to find out if we can get you seen right away.
Can I pay for services with my HSA or FSA account?
Yes! We can accept payment with your HSA or FSA card for our services. If for some reason your claim is denied through your FSA/HSA account, all you would need to do is let us know and we will provide you with detailed clinical documentation showing medical necessity of the visit that includes the appropriate ICD-10 code and an itemized invoice of charges to submit for reimbursement.
Can you bill my insurance?
No. We operate as a CASH-ONLY entity because we strive to provide higher quality of care. We do NOT contract with any private or public insurance plans.
Can I submit visit claims to my health insurance plan for reimbursement?
Insurance companies generally do NOT recognize our membership fees as a reimbursable expense. You will receive an invoice for any services you acquire with us and a monthly billing statement. You can try to submit the statement to your insurance but we cannot guarantee your insurance will reimburse you for it. We keep our prices low and you will find that the cost of most expensive services like prescriptions and lab are not far off what you would pay for those same services if filed with insurance.
Is this an “alternative” medicine practice?
This is not an alternative medical practice, but we do strongly believe in alternative medicine as part of a traditional health care plan. Our providers are board-certified practitioners (American Board of Nurse Practitioners) and practice very traditional and highly evidence-based medicine. Kristy and April have decades of experience in the medical field and are qualified to manage your care. We might often refer you to acupuncture, massage, or chiropractic care based on your individual needs and preferences.
What is your new patient procedure?
The first time we meet you we would prefer to see you face-to-face rather than telehealth. We have a few medical history forms for you to fill out and will give you a tour of the building. Our goal for the first visit is to build a relationship and get an initial plan of care established. The first visit with your provider as a new patient is always 1 hour or longer.
How long are the visits with my provider?
Your provider will spend as much time with you as you need! You will never feel rushed or like your concerns aren't being heard. When scheduling your appointment we take into the consideration the complexity of medical issues and most of our clinic visits are scheduled between 30 minutes to 1 hour. Simple procedures or lab testing might be only 15 minutes.
What type of visits can I do by phone or computer?
Generally, if the issue does NOT require a physical exam or diagnostic testing, a telehealth visit is fine. Many chronic issues (diabetes, hypertension, etc.) can be monitored routinely by telehealth. However, any issue requiring a physical exam (e.g. coughs, sinus infections, ear infection, new pain, etc.) we will recommend a traditional in-person visit. Don't forget, we can always come to your home if you can't make it in to the office!
Can you do women’s care? pap smears? OB?
Yes. We can provide standard women’s and gynecologic services, including pelvic exams, pap smears, birth control and hormone therapy. Kristy Flores FNP-C also helps to manage the care of OB and newborns.
Can your nurse practitioners see kids? pediatrics?
Absolutely! Kristy Flores FNP-C is licensed and certified to treat people of all ages. We can provide all standard childhood health care services including yearly physicals, acute care (sore throats) and chronic disease management (asthma, allergies, etc.).
Where can I order subcutaneous syringes for self injection of my prescribed medications at home?
